Val Parnell

 Val has painted for over 15 years in oil colors, using her techniques in Plein Air and in the Studio and is inspired by current and past master painters.  She often paints while traveling and participates in Plein Air Events and shows in Virginia, South Carolina and
North Carolina. You will notice the influence of the East Coast on the waterways and coastal scenes.

Having taken art in college and attended many workshops over time with amazing master painters, she is always growing as an artist. She is a past president of the Chesapeake Bay Art Association, member of Oil Painters of American, CBAA, and an award-winning artist.
